KhalsaPrimary School is a voluntary aided public school that opened in September
2007. 



KhalsaPrimary School is a Sikh Faith school and is based on the
tenets of Sikhism, a religion based on the individual as part of a
whole, the Sikh community, the wider community and the global
community.

KhalsaPrimary School is located in the Wexhamarea of Slough
and has the highest concentration of Sikhs of any part of the UK.

The KhalsaPrimary School Summer MELA is a non-profit event, run by volunteers,
which has no independent source of income beyond ticket sales and sponsorship.

Therefore, to meet and exceed the expectations of our guests, we rely on
meticulous planning, hard work and the valued support of our sponsors.

•This is a religious and community event predominately targeting the Sikh and
Panjabi community.
•This is a unique event annually held in Slough.
•Like in the past, the event will attract people from all backgrounds religious
and cultural backgrounds
Programme
12.00pm Gates Open ( £2 entrance fee per person, children under 12 years free)
1.00pm Main stage programme starts
Religious songs, poetry and drama
Live performance by SukshinderShindasin ging dharmikgeets
6.00pm Programme ends
